Madison, Ala., - November 29, 2007. Taos Industries, a subsidiary of Agility, Defense and Government Services, Inc in Alexandria Virginia has been awarded a contract by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) for the recovery and disposal of excess Department of Defense property and material in Iraq and Afghanistan. Under this contract Taos and will assume full responsibility for the operation of five Defense Reutilization and Marketing Offices (DRMOs) in Iraq and one in Afghanistan. . The five-year contract has a potential value of over $97 million.

Madison, Ala., December 6, 2007 - Taos Industries received ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management System Certification furthering its reputation as a quality leader in global acquisition of spare parts and systems. The scope of certification includes the acquisition and supply of equipment, components and component parts for the U.S. Government, foreign agencies, and commercial enterprises.

Madison, Ala., July 2, 2007 - Taos Industries along with First Support Services, Inc. (FSSI) today announced that their joint venture, Spain Agility First Support, LLC (Spain  AFS) has been awarded a two-year, contract for Spain Base Maintenance by the United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE).  The potential value of the contract in USD $43.6 Million.  Spain AFS will support day-to-day base operations and maintenance services at Morón and Zaragoza Air Bases in Spain.  Specific services include Communications & Postal Services, Safety, Occupational Health & Ambulance Services, Civil Engineering, Services (consisting of Food Services, Lodging, Library, Fitness Center Equipment Maintenance, & Life Guard/Pool Services), and Logistics Support Services.  In addition, Spain AFS will support all contingencies and exercises.

Madison, Ala., June 29, 2007 - Taos Industries as part of the DynCorp International team for the US Army's Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) IV contract was announced as one of three teams to perform as part of the LOGCAP IV Contract. The LOGCAP IV program provides global, multi-functional contingency logistics support to the US Army and other US Government agencies as required.  Taos Industries is the operating entity for Agility Defense and Government Service (DGS) on this contract.

Wilmington, North Caro., May 2007 - Taos Industries delivered two SA-6 Air Defense radars to the U.S. Government in April 2007.  The systems are to support training of U.S. Military pilots.

Madision, Ala., November 3, 2006 - A $1Million gift was presented to the Huntsville YMCA of Metropolitan HuntsvilleYMCA in memory of Craig and Steve Hogan to be used in the construction of the Madison YMCA facility that will be named in honor of the two brothers.

Madison, Ala., March 6, 2006 - Taos Industries has been awarded a contract for personal security equipment for the Iraqi army. The equipment for this order will be manufactured and purchased overseas. This delivery order is valued at $10.7 million dollars and is expected to be delivered in the spring of 2006. The Joint Contracting Command - Iraq is the contracting activity.

Madison, Ala., February 28, 2006 - Taos Industries has been awarded a delivery order for 22 armored recovery vehicles with a logistical support package for the Iraqi army. The vehicles for this contract will be manufactured overseas. This delivery order is valued at $11.6 million dollars and is expected to be delivered in the summer of 2006. The Tank and Automotive Command (TACOM) is the contracting activity.

Madison, Ala., November 22, 2005 - Taos Industries has been awarded a two year indefinitely quantity contract to provide up to 66 armored recovery vehicles with a logistical support package for the Iraqi army.

The vehicles for this contract will be manufactured overseas. The contract ceiling is $37.0 million dollars with the first delivery order of six vehicles expected to be delivered in the spring of 2006. The Tank and Automotive Command (TACOM) is the contracting activity.
